5. PRICING POLICY
At TOGASOLUCIONES.COM, we strive to offer competitive and fair prices for all our products and services. Prices listed on the website reflect the latest values and are subject to change. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice but will inform CLIENTS in advance whenever possible.
For ongoing subscriptions or contracts, price changes will not affect the current billing cycle. Adjustments will apply on the next renewal or purchase.

All listed prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout based on the CLIENT’s location.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND UPDATES

For products offered under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model—or those where the product page or technical datasheet explicitly indicates—CLIENTS are entitled to receive updates at no additional cost. These updates are intended to enhance the stability, security, and functionality of the contracted solutions.
In the case of products acquired through specific licensing or custom implementations, upgrades to new versions or additional functionalities may incur extra charges depending on the scope and terms of the original contract. TOGA Soluciones will promptly notify CLIENTS about the availability of new versions, features, or changes in conditions, enabling them to make informed decisions.
CLIENTS retain the freedom to accept or decline such updates and their associated terms and will be provided with all necessary documentation and support to assess the impact on their current operation.

7. AVAILABILITY
The online product catalog offered by TOGASOLUCIONES.COM includes on-demand support, support subscriptions, module and add-on licenses, asynchronous training, and scheduled live training sessions.

8. PAYMENT
CLIENTS agree to pay at the time of placing their order. Fees are clearly communicated before completing the purchase.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card. Any unauthorized or fraudulent charges must be reported via email or phone as soon as possible so TOGASOLUCIONES.COM can take appropriate action.
9. SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
TOGASOLUCIONES.COM offers Software as a Service (SaaS) products that require monthly, semiannual, or annual payments. CLIENTS agree to pay the amount specified during the purchase process using a valid payment method.
If payment is not made on time, the service will be temporarily suspended and any server or instance placed on hold. TOGASOLUCIONES.COM will send reminders so the CLIENT has the opportunity to make the payment.
Once on hold, the CLIENT will lose access to their instance, and pending support cases will be paused. If payment is not received within 15 days of the renewal date, TOGASOLUCIONES.COM will terminate the service and delete all instances or servers, regardless of any data loss.
TOGASOLUCIONES.COM is not liable for operational losses resulting from late payments. It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to meet payment deadlines as outlined on each product page.
10. SECURITY
The site uses industry-standard security measures. Payments are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal.
After a successful order (including acceptance of the Terms of Use and purchase confirmation), an email will be sent with the order details. Upon payment confirmation, TOGASOLUCIONES.COM will deliver the purchased product or service accordingly.
11. ON-DEMAND SUPPORT
CLIENTS may purchase on-demand support for immediate assistance within business hours. 8×5 support is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mexico time). 24×7 support can be accessed at any time.
Technicians will start by understanding the CLIENT’s issue and will aim to resolve it within the allotted time. It is advised to have a clear request and purchase at least two hours of support.
By purchasing support, CLIENTS agree to the terms, general conditions, and requirements. On-demand support hours are valid for one year.
12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
One-time payment products/services:
- Cancellations are only accepted for live courses.
- No cancellations/refunds for pre-recorded content.
- Live course cancellations must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on the same day to qualify for a full refund.
- Later requests (up to 3 business days before course start) will incur a 10% admin fee. Refunds may take up to 10 business days.
- No refunds for courses already started.
- On-demand support can be refunded if unused within 3 business days (10% fee applies).
- No refunds on one-time software licenses or paid add-ons.
Subscription products/services:
- CLIENTS can cancel anytime unless bound by a contract.
- If under contract, cancellation terms follow the agreement.
- For recurring subscriptions, cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued.
- Instances/servers will be deleted on the next renewal date. CLIENTS should export data beforehand.
- TOGASOLUCIONES.COM does not retain any backup post-cancellation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal). Refund timing is subject to their processing policies (5 to 30 business days).

13. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
TOGASOLUCIONES.COM holds all rights over the content, design, and source code of this website, including but not limited to images, texts, logos, commercial names, and data.
